From Major Highways:

• From I-4: Take the exit for FL-570 E/Polk Parkway. Continue on FL-570 E, take exit 7 for Florida Ave. Head north on Florida Ave S, turn right onto W. Beacon Road. Watermarc Apartments will be on your left.

• From US-98: Head west on US-98 N/FL-700 W/Bartow Road, turn left onto E. Edgewood Drive. Continue straight onto W. Beacon Road. Watermarc Apartments will be on your right.

From Orlando International Airport (MCO):

• Take FL-528 W from the airport. Merge onto I-4 W toward Tampa. Take the exit for FL-570 E/Polk Parkway. Continue on FL-570 E, take exit 7 for Florida Ave. Head north on Florida Ave S, turn right onto W. Beacon Road. Watermarc Apartments will be on your left. Estimated travel time is about 50 minutes, depending on traffic.

From Downtown Lakeland:

• Head south on Florida Ave S from downtown. Turn right onto W. Beacon Road. Watermarc Apartments will be on your left. This journey typically takes about 10 minutes.
