Renewing is very easy and can be done online. If you are moving out, you are required to provide a 60-day written notice.
Gross income per apartment must be three (3) the amount of the rent. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.
Watermarc Apartments proudly offers residents on-site maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Watermarc may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our fitness center, pool, and pet park any time!

Our apartments are located near Lake Hollingsworth and Lake Morton, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor activities on the lakes.
